Steve McCool

Founder & President

For 20+ years, my passion has been to fulfill the Great Commission, which is to go and make disciples. As a pastor and disciple-maker I have personally met with many men one-on-one, launched two success discipleship ministries (Mission Marketplace and Engage Hope), and led at e3 Partners Ministries as the Global Director of Project Hope. I have traveled on mission to Africa, India, Central America, South America, Mexico, and Europe. My life and ministry can only be described as abundantly blessed, but because of my pride and a direct attack of the enemy, I experienced a period of brokenness and loss that was profound and life altering.

During the past 5 years, I have experienced God’s love and grace for me like never before. I now live the Great Commandment-to love. I am so grateful that the kindness of Jesus leads me to repentance, and his forgiveness allows me to serve Him in righteousness.

I have found that believers and unbelievers both need the restoration of Jesus. My desire is to lead in truth and transparency, not be a “poser,” and daily pursue grace and obedience.

Kristin McCool

Co-Founder and Executive Director

My passion, purpose and life plan is to know God and make him known, as I love those He puts in my path with abandon and joy. Several years ago I heard God's call to full time ministry clearly, and I believe that He has prepared me through my previous experiences, education, and unique gifts to help launch GO Overflow Ministries. It is the blessing of my life to help others experience the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit in a way that transforms and empowers.

My background? I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and 20+ years experience in education, counseling, non-profit management, event planning, volunteer management, and mission trip coordination. Most importantly, I love Jesus!

I am thrilled to partner with Steve and Kristin to found GO Overflow Ministries, as my life was changed through my first mission trip experience to Uganda several years ago. There is much work still to be done for God's Kingdom, and I want to be a part of His plan!
